l found a 460 with 1.7 roller rockers. the motor seems to be have gone through. l have a 1966 t bird. 1. will the 460 fit in the tbird? 2. would the transmission from the 460 (asum. its a c6) fit a 428? 3.will anything interchange from the 460 unto the 428, cams, roller rocker. thxs

no! the 428 is an FE engine family Block. The 460 is a newer power plant in the 429-460 big block group . Completely different animals. But there are companies that make engine swap mounts and adapters to get you where you want to be.
