That ''fuel filter'' that people talk about- where can l find it in my car so that l can clean it out? l am going to start feeding my car with one brand name gas station only from now on, and l wanna start from scratch now with my engine.
Is there a special way to clean it?
Also, will this be the same thing as actually buying a fuel injector cleaner?

Thanks

You do not need to change a fuel filter on a one year old car. Also, if you do not know where it is, you probably should not be trying to take it off.

l think on newer cars the fuel pump is in the fuel tank.

You do not clean out a fuel filter, you just replace it. Trying to clean it out is not really feasible. And there is no real need to change it out on a 1 year old car, just because you want to start using only ''name brand'' gas.

The es350 has a fuel filter locatedon the intake side of the fuel pump in the fuel tank and is a not serviceable item. No need to clean or replace on a new car unless fuel tank has been contaminated .
