Problems I can face on Buying lexus LS 430 (2005) US Specs in Dubai rather buying car with Guf Specs

The US spec model will have more pollution control devices; more door reinforcement and safety features which may not be require in other parts of the world. Locating parts may or may not be a problem as Lexus parts tend to last a long time. ( l was thinking of pollution control parts). If there is a car with Gulf specs it might include more heavily tinted windows and beefed-up air conditioning.
