Your cars ,mileage would have been recorded on the Lexus database any time it was serviced at a lexus or Toyota Dealership. In a Lexus the speedo is not the only item to keep note of the mileage! You probably could not turn it back anyway.

If u were able to turn the mileage back & subsequently sold the car (which would be the only reason to turn it back) u will be knowingly purporting the car to be something it is not & obtaining money under false pretences. A criminal offence!
