does the rear seat of a Lexus is300 fold down

or does it have to be modified?it has the access hold in the armrest but l can not find a way to lay the seat down...

anyone ever come across this?

Unfortunately, the seats do not fold down, just the middle arm rest. l have a Lexus IS =)

l am not 100% sure about the is300 is but in my IS350, there is only a ski hole that goes to the trunk. It is maybe 12 by 6 inches.. Hope that helps

the rear seat does not fold down, unless you own an is300 sport cross. The seats did fold down in the IS300 sportcross.

No,I've never even heard that the rear seat will fold down and now you got me curios about mine. l will take a look tomorrow and get back to you.

Nope, unfortunately they do not fold down. The only access point is through the middle arm rest, but you have already found that.

We found out the hard way, in the IKEA parking lot with a big box in our shopping cart. Luckily we were able to wedge it in at a slant so it fit in the backseat.
