nothing is cheap on thee cars. the only real way to make good hp gains is through F l turbo or supercharge... meaning transmission upgrades etc. can easily cost over 10-15k even if you do your own work. ''cheap'' as in under $100, or under $50? You can install a nice cold air intake for about $200, or short arm intake for $100. These r good for a 5-7 hp boost. Do not know if u like the quietness, but both will increase engine bay noise significantly as u r removing the stock air intake for a cone-type open intake & bypassing the resonator box. Another quick fix is to get a more free flowing exhaust, should run u from $50-$150 depending on brand & quality. This is another close to 10 hp. increase. Other is like computer chip swap, turbo/supercharge options & programming, etc. will run u much more.
