Should l get one from the LS series (sedan) or RX series (SUV)? Im not sure which one to pick. Its my first car & for my 18th b-day. The limit is $50,000. Its really helpful since l can drive myself around rather than be delayed constantly by the subway(NYC) since l use it everyday to get anywhere, including school. Parking and gas is not an issue. I am getting a used car since l feel that there is not much of a difference so why spend extra just because no one has ever used it before. All l have to do is get a carfax of it is history to see if its ok. And I am great at beating dealers as well. l read a whole book on it and kept the dealer from trying to take advantage of my mom since she was a girl. Im sure l could do it again since l do it everywhere, mostly Bestbuy since l read their policies so its really easy to knock most of their product prices down (yes, you can haggle there but only if you know how to). l payed only $50 for a $200 product and got another one free. Sorry I am cheap.

For some one who is a legend in their own mind nothing but a Lexus SC will do

get a GX 470 or an RX 350

they are the most refined

older SC300/SC400 or an entirely different car.

You are spoiled if you've got a $50,000 limit and why you'd want a Lexus l do not know, it is just a fancy word for Toyota.

The Toyota Supra is better than any Lexus.

l am sorry not to many people wanted to answer ur question, but l will try. It really depends on ur style or preference. The LS series r very luxury oriented, they have a softer ride & all the amenities u could want, where as the RX is a crossover SUV meaning u get the look of an SUV but more of a car like ride. In NYC it is something to consider the RX with the rough streets, but if u live in some of the better paved areas the LS would be the way to go. Hope this helps but ur driving style, daily habits & general preferences all play a factor with that one. Just a thought, but before u make ur decision also take a look at the Toyota Avalon, the Audi A6, & 8, & Late model BMW 5 series.

LS430 all the way. that car is FAR more lexus then the RX.. heck the rx isnt even made in japan while every other lexus model is.

The LS is over $50000, but l wouldnt get the Rx because they are like the most common luxury SUV, l would get the Lexus GS

You should get the RX Suv because the LS series is way over 50 grand. the RX350 is an awesome car if you AWD. the car is so luxurious.
