Do not bother. The regular gas wo not hurt it. Just drive it off like normal.

Drive it for a few miles without a heavy load on it, then pull into a gas station and fill it with premium. Keep doing that.

Or, you can but an octane booster at an auto parts store.

The computer chip in your Lexus will compensate for the regular.

One tank wo not hurt it. If you're very concerned, l would suggest topping off the tank when you're about half.

You ppossibly could still go to an auto parts store, and purchase a can or two of octane booster, then you wo not have to siphon.
Barring that option, you would want to have someone else siphon or pump the gas out, saves you you a lot of mess.

u can siphon the tank from the filler nozzle using a piece of pipe, or u could even pump it out (safer) but shouldnt be a big deal to run one tank of gas unless the gas was 85 octane. What r u going to do with 10-15 gallons of gas? You could get 2 gallons of racing fuel ( 100 octane) at 8 dollars a gallon but u still have to drive, u already drove it home. Wouldnt try the octane boosters, they just float on the surface, wont mix well with the gas. Agree u should just burn half to 3/4 & fill with the premium. if u hear knocking then stop driving.

Yes u could siphon it but you're better off just running it off & mixing with the premium. l once made the mistake of pumping regular fuel in & just ran it on that for a few days. It wo not harm ur car, it is just less refined than the higher octane stuff. If u r not running a turbo or otherwise remarkable engine, u should not worry too much about the gas u put in ur tank. Read the label under the fuel hub. And keep in mind, a luxury car does not mean u NEED premium fuel. It is just cleaner on the engine. You are, by the way, driving a Toyota.
