My1998 Lexus Gs400 wo not start/first the battery was drained. l jumped it, and it ran fine for 2 weeks but my dash lights went out and l tried to replace the fuse and that did not help. The battery went low again, and this time the car will not start, all the electrecal in the car does not work, however the engine seems like it wants to turn over. l have a engine that sounds like it wants to start, but l have no eclectrical in the car other than the head lights and horn. please help I am despirate!

It sounds like you battery has an internal short- ie. one of the lead cells in the battery assembly is dead. Replace the battery, l have seen this happen a lot of times. The vehicle has enough voltage to try and start the vehicle, but has a short to ground on the battery side not allowing any of the electrical components, such as instrument panel and other things to become inoperable.

first clean battery terminals then recharge battery or replace battery. Look for bad fuses under the bonnet and inside pull the one for fuel pump and replace
