l accidentally went into a car wash over the weekend and left my power radio antenna up.Needless to say it got all bent and is now hanging off the side of my SUV...Can l replace it myself or this something l need to go into a shop to fix?

You can replace yourself but it might be a little pain. If you run into any headaches, l am sure there is a shop out there willing to help

It should be pretty pain free but if you have trouble with l sure you can find somebody to fix it free since it is so easy.

Ive replaced quite a few of these because of accidents like this. They r somewhat easy to replace. It sounds like the antenna mast will have to be replaced. l assume the motor still works. l honestly wouldnt try to do it myself if l didnt know what l was doing. If l were u l would take it to ur local Lexus dealer. The dealership l work at charges half an hour to an hour to replace the mast, plus part. if u dont have a Lexus dealer near you, ur local Toyota dealer may be able to do it, call & ask.
