No, the IS-F is the only ''special'' IS in the works. There is rumor of a hybrid only Lexus though.

No. Lexus is thinking of dumping their hybrids. They are not sellin well because they cost thousands more and only provide 1-3mpg better.
They were thinking of making a new Lexus model that only comes in Hybrid because it Toyota Prius is successful and it only comes in Hybrid.
