how do l go upon replacing the headlight bulbs in my '93 es 300?also, the leds on the cluster are dying, any idea where l can get them replaced.

Go to Lexus to buy what ever you need.

And to replace the headlamp bulbs just reach behind headlamp (with hood open) find bulb remove with a twist of the wrist and replace.

l am not to sure myself how to change all this stuff but l do know that Mekado Tech. in Gillroy CA does cluster repair for a third of what the dealer will charge.
