My purse was stolen last night and it had all my keys in it, including all my extra car keys. l called a Lexus dealership and they want $2,300 just to reprogram the car and give me new keys. Is not there a cheaper way to get a new set of keys?

talk to a local car jacker, he will tell u how you can make new keys for it just by using clay

They are trying to screw you over, l have a 2005 Dodge Mini Van and by me just makeing a phone call to Dodge they can look the key number up and make me a new one for $150.00 without any of this reprograming BS

As wonderful as Lexus vehicles are as a brand, they do have high prices for situations. Like all other luxury brands, there are large premiums on everything. You honestly will prob have to pay it somehow, because only Lexus can get you new keys without ruining your car. l am sorry to hear your purse was stolen, and hope you may possibly recover your stolen possessions.
