are the third row seats in the lexus gx470 okay for someone whos 5foot 6-7

Not really. You will fit but it is a hassle, and quite tiresome for a long ride. Unfortunately, the only functional third row is available on a Pilot. But Toyota is way better in any other respect.

l am not really sure about a GX 470. But, my sister has a Honda Pilot which is a lot smaller than the GX and l had to ride on the third row seat and l am 5'10'' and it was not too uncomfortable. So my best guess is that it will be kind of tight back there, but a short trip should not be a problem.

No-they are designed for tiny people. You need a Navigator or Mountaineer to get a real 3rd seat

Not at all. It has memory seating & heated & cooled seats.
