Any opinions on the 2008 Lexus LS460

Very nice highend luxury car. l would choose it over a 7 series, A8, RL, and Infiniti M.. l feel it is luxury and refinement are above these...however..it does not have the S Class beat..both the S and CL class are nicer.

the ls 460 is by far the most luxerious japenese luxery car but it does not have any of the germans beat (trust me l have driven them all. in fact l drove 2 460 last weekent along with an s class & bme 750 & the MB & the BMW were definately more refined & better drivers. the A8/sS8 is the car l would choose in that price range. the lexus is vary nice & is a smooth rideing car but when it comes to driving dynamics it is not the best performer. It fees soft & spongey which is fine for a long cruise on the highway (as long as there r no emergancy manuvers neccisary) but the firs time u need the car to perform for u u will be dissapointed.

l love it.. if l had the money l would get one. but since it just came out l would wait 2 years, let them work out any bugs or kinks here & there. first 2 years r usually like a test mule to see what small defect come around. but overall it is the best high end luxury car for the money. Reliable, strong engine, comfort & safety. if l had to make a list it would be

Acura RL
Mercedes S
Audi A8
BMW M5
Mercedes CL
Infiniti M45
BMW 745


had to throw in the M5 l like that car, the 7 isnt really nice to me.

that car is just sexy. nuff said

It is a wanna be S Class MB, and it is for wanna be car people.
