And when pigs fly? Summer snow tires that last forever! Use the tire rack web site? If the car has to be used in winter use stock wheels with snow tires and place performance summer rubber on a set of cool looking aftermarket wheels. Or buy a set of cheep steel wheels for winter and keep the alloy stock rims with good name brand tires for summer. There are no tires that do both jobs well. Better yet drive a 1995 Ford Tarus in winter and keep the lexus nicely garaged.

Your best bet is going to be an all-season tire. I've gone through a few sets of all-season tires and the best set I've owned were a set of Pirelli PZero Nero M+S. It is an ultra-high performance all-season tire. They lasted about 25k miles, l used to have a set on my '04 Toyota Celica and my '97 Lexus SC400. l bought them at the TireRack.
