Which is a better brand... Lexus or Mercedes

l own a Lexus, so l am a little biased, but l say Lexus is better!

l prefer Lexus. Look at the cost of add on is and the $ amount of them. l have a '02 430 for sale. Use synthetic oil and at 70mph on a trip l get 26.6mpg. l now drive a '05 SC430 (w/6,300miles) on a trip at 70mph l get 25.0mpg. When you have the best, you do not want the rest.

Lexus by far because it is one of the safest and most reliable cars on the road today. Mercedes is just another name brand which everyone thinks is the best, but they are the most unreliable cars considering their mechanical, and electrical problems. Lexus is one of the quietest cars too.

Depends on which level, but overall Mercedes is a better, more classier brand.

l believe a lexus is nicer in all honesty! l personally liek them more and believe they are better built even though mercedes are far more popular

It is too close to call, l would lean towards Mercedes, but l have a 2007 IS and it the best car l have ever had all around considering the cost.

Are you joking? Of course a Lexus is better. If you want a classier car, more reliable, more powerful, not over-priced, tougher engine, excellent airconditioning, more features, cheaper spare-parts ... etc. You should go for the Lexus. Mercedes cars are over-priced pieces of junk that break very easily.
