factory warranty ran out 2 months ago, 4900 miles over.

took it to a dealer today:
brake job=650
key fob cracked=250
back-up camera not working due to a date with my garage door=650

my cost= zero, lexus covered it after dealer explained some things to them.-PRICELESS

do that to your caddy, lincoln, hell, do that to your benz or bmw if you could.
bad seed, brakejob is maintenance. camera problem is accidental, key fob..well l am just rough with keys..keep driving your beater my man..you deserve it.

Well, Cadillac & Lincoln has improved their service & quality a LOT in the past year. My dad owned a 2003 Navigator, & it had so many electrical problems, a battery problem, & a valve problem. But all the Navigators from 2005-today seem to be untouchable. Same goes for Escalades. Lincoln also had bad service & cost us a lot for everything we went in for. Cadillac has always had nice service though. Every time we go to a Cadillac/Hummer/Saab dealer, the people seem nice & the salesmen that find u never push u to buy their car, but really only walk around with u & tell u what u want to know & the cool things about the cars instead of the boring things that make u not interested & try to hide from a normal salesman. Lincoln is probably doing the same to keep up with the competition. l will always be a Lincoln & Cadillac lover.

Sure, they overcharged you for the vehicle in the 1st place , that is how they pay for all that. And there are probably design problems with all those things, so they figure, take care of them before they get hit with a lawsuit, and they have to fix them free for all their pos is on the road.
