well l take it your talking motor here, im guessing it would depend on the year, toyota owns lexus so im thinking they use some of the same engines. Its just like Chevy bought out daewoo and used and are still using daewoo engines in some cars.

Generally the engines are the same. The Lexus versions make a little more power because they have different chips and exhausts.
