is there anyway of testing them to make sure they work okay?im not sure if mine are borken or not.they seem kinds of useless but i'd still like them to work.Thanks in advance.

You do not really notice the adaptive headlights on a Lexus ''turning'' into a curve; it is very subtle and hardly perceptible unless you sit there, stare, and think about it. The only thing you may notice, if you really pay attention, is a slighter better illumination of what is around the bend.

Its really simple to see if youre headlights are funtioning properly. When you start up the car with the headlights on, they will move in their full range of motion then return to their normal position. if they dont move, then they may not be working. We have people come in all the time asking if their headlights are working properly, and 9 times out of 10 they are just unfamiliar with how the system works.
