l have a 1993 Lexus SC 300 with 120,000 miles on it. l have a bent control arm and stabilizer bar on my passenger rear side. So should l get the driver rear side control arm replace at the same time since the bushings will be new on the passenger rear side and not on the drivers side. Also will should l replace the stabilizer bar on the drivers side even so there is nothing wrong with it.

l would only replace the control arm that is bent and replace the both stabilizer bar link because they are not that much

It would probably be a good idea to just replace all the bushings while youre at it. car has a few miles on it and there may be a noticeable differance from one side to the other in terms of handling if you just do one side. Just do it now and get it over with.
