I am working my butt off to save for a car. I am a teen and my parents and l are splitting the cost of a car 50/50...So I am looking for a Lexus thats below 30 grand. l do not care if its used or not. And l do not care which year. Oh, and please do not make judgments on how l choose my first car. ...it is my choice.

well for below $30K you have two choice of models..
Lexus IS 350 which is $35,705 for new but if you get Lexus certified pre-owned then you should be good to go with IS 350

IS 250 is about $30K and again IS 250 certified pre-owned would be another good choice..

l would not recommend you to get a new car for your first car. YOu can get into accidents very easily. Drive your parents car (old car) with collision issurance for 1/2 year then you can get which ever new car you like. It would be more safe for you.

As for the lexus, l would recommend the ES350. It looks very nice and is cheap.

Used Lexus is300, very nice, basically a luxury Toyota Corolla.

Used Lexus ES300, very nice, Basically a luxury Toyota Camry.

Both of these can be found and well under $30 grand. l might search Autotrader.com for 2001-2006 model years. l am sure you will like one of them.
