I am trying to gather opinions from lexus drivers who have service work done at the dealership.What could be done to improve your overall experience?Allwill be greatly appreciated. Nothing is too outrageous

l do not drive a Lexus, but l will tell u that a great customer experience comes from Employees. The one thing that makes a a transaction better always falls into the hands of the employees waiting on me, & that goes for all situations. Whenever u r in contact with a customer, & the end of the transaction, they should feel like ur best friend, no matter ur job. Make them feel valued & use language they understand without making them feel like a child. The next time u go out to the store to pick something up, notice the little things. It can be as simple as how long it takes a clerk to notice you, if she says hi, does she smile,does she ask how she can help u of if there is anything more she Can do for you? Does she or is she willing to go Above & Beyond her Job?

Friendly helpful employees, clean waiting area with a nice couch instead of some cheap plastic chairs, tv, and free coffee and popcorn.

Lexus dealerships are already the best. They have better customer service, than any other company.
