You should probably get it checked out at a lexus dealership, you never know it may be serious and its better to be safe then sorrry!

Is it using more fuel than usual? If so then you very highly likely have a fuel leak.

If you're feeling brave you could check under the bonnet with the engine idling. You need to check all the fuel lines very closely, paying particular attention to their unions.

If you're mechanically inclined you can check to see if your fuel lines are running by anything hot (exhaust manifold), sharp (you should know what sharp stuff looks like)
or you could see if you are running rich by purchasing an air fuel gauge and installing it.

If you're not so inclined, take it to your most trustworthy mechanic, or the dealer.
