k l have a lexus gs 300, and l want the front seats upholster, they have cracks and stuff, and the middle compartment is also leather and have some worn down leather too. the back seats are fine, what is a good estimate on having 2 seats and a small center console redone =)

Interesting. some people here swear that Lexsucks last an eternity. This is a good example on that is as good as any car in the market.

As far the upholstery, u need to do some Yellow Paging & ask for quotes. All depends where do u live. A car like that is like any other car, there is nothing special about it. So they might try to pull the high end ($$$) car price on you.

If u do one seat, u need to do them all. Since one seat will look more newer than the other. One thing that u can do if u do not have the cash is buy some nice seats covers. It might look better or worst depending on which ones u bought. But at least will cover those ugly cracks that u mentioned.

Depending on the shop & what kind of materials they use, the price would vary. You can get it done under $1000 if u have some kind of connection or a dealer discount, but some range to over $2k if u pay full price. That is for a full interior including the rear seats. just the front would be cheaper.

Honestly though, go to http://leatherseats.com & ask them about the GS300.
They have a great relationship with Club Lexus & often offer group buys for seat covers that u can have a shop install to look like factory brand new again. Just go to club lexus, register & wait for a group buy, or u can just buy now just tell em ur from CL! good luck.
