It makes this, ''Wiii~wiii~wiii~'' sound when l come to a full stopa light. Not too loud, but if l have the music on low, l notice it. If l put it in neutral, the sound mostly goes away. Any idea what this might be? l just bought this used and do not have previous owner is maintenance records. I will get it checked out, but l just want an idea if this is a simple fix where l can correct the problem w/o taking to a mechanic to bs me.

l take it you're not laughing-check the tranny is fluid level.

either ur brakes got a rock n them or ur brake pads r going bad

Does this only happen when the air conditioner is on or the defrost?(A/C compressor affecting the idle)?

Is your alternator is normal it gives some feed on your speakers as you realize by now 99% of your vehicle uses electronics so it increases the load on the alternator, to compensate there are many devices within that help re leave that load and your radio system is the best at helping but also since it gives less load it receives feed back or power that needs to use when the demand for power somewhere else increases.

could be anything, check your serpentine belt, alternator, PS pump, top off all fluids and see if that helps, check for oil and fluid leaks. i'm sick of idiots thinking just because a car is a lexus or toyota that nothing is ever going to go wrong. it is a car and EVERY car will have some problems. it is just a matter of some companies having alot more problems then others.
