Any car will roll backward on a steep enough hill. Of course manual transmission vehicles will because the driver needs to add more throttle before engaging the clutch on a hill. With automatics, the slip clutch will allow the car to roll backwards if the engine idle is not strong enough to hold the car on the hill.
