if i were to buy a Lexus IS250 what kind of transmission should i get with it? The sequential shift?

Do u like driving stick? if yes then get stick if not then auto. Personally stick is more fun, but it sucks in traffic. Plus the auto tranny robs like 10% hp/

much more better than a manual

l would recommend getting automatic, because at times u may tire of shifting. Even if u get an automatic, u can still switch it to where u can shift without hurting u car, because it will correct itself if u shift wrong. But u still get the feel of the gears changing & the rev of the car.

If you're concerned about the level of joy riding, automatic really does give u as much of a joy ride as shifting, but without the attention of having to shift gears. The power is there despite which transmission u get. Personally, l like having the choice of both, to which l can change whenever l feel like it.
