Do not get the kind that whitegirlthing has because she has a cockroach in hers. Best to buy one minus the wild life. Whatever you buy, keep safe and be a curtious driver

Get yourself a used Honda or Toyota. Maybe a Celica or an Accord for the Honda, or a Camry or some kind of truck for the Toyota. Used because no one, even a millionaire, should pay depreciation. Taken care of properly, engines in these cars go for 300,000 miles. Nissan is worth looking at too. Go to a book store and get a magazine, ''Consumers Digest'' and start looking at models you're considering.

Anything that is good on gas and not sporty. the insurance for a first time driver is a killer! and getting tickets on probation..NOT FUN!

Iwould but something used, cheap to run but safe(get help here from someone you trust) and dont get a car you just fall in love with. If you happen to smash it up,you wont cry. After a year or two, buy something you really like and will be proud to own.
